Cancellation Policy

Eve Hair Salon cancellation policy.

Your appointments are very important to us here at Eve Hair, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation.

We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean that you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time. We’ll be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however the following policies apply.

24 hour cancellation policy.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We politely request that when you receive your confirmation text message, if you can no longer attend your appointment please let us know.

Late arrivals to appointments.

We understand that sometimes getting to your appointment on time can prove challenging due to many different reasons, we will try our best to accommodate your arrival time and still provide the services that you have booked, however in certain circumstances your late arrival time may mean that your stylist does not have sufficient time to accommodate the appointment, as they have other clients booked into their schedule. Dependent on your arrival time it may mean that we have to reschedule your appointment, however if you have booked out a large amount of time a fee may apply for your late arrival.

Prime time appointments.

When booking or rescheduling an appointment during prime time we may ask for a booking fee due to the high demand for these times. Weekday evenings (after 4pm) and Saturdays are our busiest periods and many clients wish to reserve these appointments, a booking fee ensures that these appointments stay filled and allow each client the equal opportunity to utilise these prime time slots.

The cancellation and prime time appointment policy allows us to inform our standby guests of an availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. We will apply the cancellation policy on an individual basis as we understand that sometimes there are exceptional circumstances and we will continue to be understanding of this. Eve Hair policies are presented and provided in the best interests of both our staff and clientele.
